It is a new patented product made of special materials. The rollers
in both volumes are conical spiral rollers with different right and
left lateral directions. When the belt is running, the idlers on
both sides give the belt a transverse force pointing to the center.
When the belt is running off-track, the belt slides to one side and
is pushed outwards by the spiral Angle towards the center of the
belt. In this way, the belt can return to the center for normal
operation.
2. AP821 multifunctional centerline tracking device
The AP821 roller body rotates around the axis and can swing back
and forth. When the belt running center and the roller center
deviate from each other, the roller body rotates and swings back
and forth at the same time, which drives the belt back to the
center line and corrects the belt deviation.
